PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION
Bone Ash is primarily used in the non-ferrous metals industry and Bone China industry.
Our products have Bone Ash A grade and Water-Ground grade. They are also named as: Calcium Phosphorus Powder A Grade and Water Ground Calcium Phosphorus Powder respectively.
Calcium Phosphorus Powder A Grade
Water Ground Calcium Phosphorus Powder
They mainly consist of a special kind of tricalcium phosphate, and are obtained from crushed animal bone pieces, which was selected from safety and non-epizootic regions, degreased and degelatinized. The bone piece is calcined at temperature of minimum 1000 C for a duration of minimum 30 minutes, then by special milling and sifting procedures as per different requirements, the nearly white Bone Ash Powder -- A grade gets its superfine property from 200 to 325 mesh. After the further procession by water ground and stove, the altra-fine and smooth of character produce a higher grade - Water-ground grade.
APPLICATIONS
Our products is particularly used to provide superior equipment protection for the coating of channels in smelting of aluminum, copper and any other non-ferrous metals, and approved as an excellent coating agent for moulds, especially for molds or refractory in transfer troughs, filter boxes and other vessels.
Our products is content of good natural, manufactured with precisely quality control procedures, it will perfectly sticks to applied surfaces of moulds and also protects channels and moulds. It could cover moulds a few times more surface than an equal quantity of other agents.
Our products is non-toxic, easy housekeeping and easy cleaning of moulds, refractory after the work finished.
